Optical Illusion

Opitcal Illusion - With this image alot of the highlights and shadows were done with the airbrush tool and my Wacomo tablet, about 95%  The entire design was completed in Adobe.
 

I designed this for the cover of a CD. 
Can you make out what is reflecting from the lens?
